Your planner is yours alone.
Privacy policy for Agenda on iPhone and iPad. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
In short
- We have no servers. Nothing you write in Agenda ever reaches us.
- Your data is stored on your device and in your iCloud, end-to-end encrypted: neither Apple nor we can read it.
- No ads, no analytics, no third-party tools tracking you.
Where your data lives
Your tasks, projects, priorities, reviews and settings are stored in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad, protected by your device passcode.
If iCloud is on, Agenda also keeps a copy in the private database of your iCloud account, to sync your devices and bring your data back if you change phones. Each item is encrypted on your device with keys that live only in your iCloud Keychain: Apple stores the copy but can't read it, and we have no access at all.
Widgets, Siri and reminders
So widgets, the Dynamic Island and Siri can show your day, the app leaves a summary in a shared space on your own device. It never leaves it.
Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your device. They don't go through any server.
On-device help
If your iPhone or iPad has Apple Intelligence, Agenda can suggest your 3 things or break a task into steps. It uses Apple's model that runs inside your device: your tasks aren't sent anywhere.
Sign in with Apple
It's optional. If you use it, Apple gives us an anonymous identifier unique to this app, stored only in your device's keychain. We don't ask for or receive your name or email. You can sign out in Agenda's Settings or remove the permission in your Apple ID settings.
Purchases
Agenda Pro purchases are processed by Apple. We don't receive your payment details. The app only checks, on your own device, that the purchase is signed by Apple.
Deleting your data
In Settings › Data › “Delete account and data” everything is erased from your device and your iCloud. You can export a copy first. If you uninstall the app, the iCloud copy can be deleted from Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage.
Children
Agenda isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't collect data from anyone, children included.
